To minimize your risks and give you peace of mind, we also offer the following guarantees & services:

Risk Free Evictions

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With our Risk Free Eviction Support, we will pay the legal fees and court costs (typically $800 to $1,000) in connection with an Uncontested Unlawful Detainer Action for all tenants we place in your property. (Included in the Premium Plan)

Periodic Maintenance Inspections

We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles and making sure your property is maintained properly; that's why we preform periodic maintenance inspections. We inspect the property, both inside and out, to ensure tenant compliance and assess property condition. ($65 per Inspection)

Periodic Vacancy Inspections

Inspections include: Visual check of locks, doors, and windows; security system check; AC/ heater check; check all faucets, showers, garbage disposal and flush toilets, check all appliances; check for leaks under sink, toilets, ceiling and water heater; visual inspection of pool and equipment; check garage door opener; remove newspaper, flyers and other items from porch and driveway; pick up mail and forward (Postal charge not included). (Once a Month $495 Annually or Bi-Monthly $985 Annually)
